GovTech’s BrewBytes is an AI-powered tool allowing public servants to filter, search, and summarize global news by topic, source, and timeframe. Unlike typical search engines, it curates relevant articles, cites sources, and offers generative AI analysis of their political, economic, and social implications.
BrewBytes helps government agencies streamline tasks like research, reporting, and daily updates. It emerged through GovTech’s Launch! programme, which encourages solutions to common pain points. Another solution, JDM PriceSync, simplifies verifying imported vehicle prices for Singapore Customs.
